ASU

ASU (Avocado soy unsaponifiables) and their roles:

  • prevent the loss of extracellular matrix
  • stabilize cell membranes
  • support cartilage functionality
  • stabilize inflammatory reactions
  • assist the locomotor system

Unsaponifiables are an oil fraction of soybean, avocado or oleaginous fruit. They are obtained after several successive operations on vegetable oils, in our case of soybeans and avocados: the oil is distilled and then undergoes saponification, and finally the insoluble fraction is then extracted and purified.
Their role is to manage the joint metabolism by supporting the health and repairs of the concerned tissues.
