Rutin

Rutin and its roles:

It is a bioflavonoid derived from quercetin, present in several plants and fruits.

 

Its action is essentially on the function of blood capillaries. Quercetins improve the absorption of vitamin C and also preserve it. They are frequently used to support the blood system.
