As a trainer I had the privilege of participating in the clinical tests of the TWYDIL® CALMIN. I immediately gave it to one of the two horses I had engaged in my country's Derby - a skillful horse but very difficult. After one week already I found him different, less crazy during training sessions. The major surprise came the day of the race when, for the first time ever, he answered perfectly to the jockey's demands and finally he nearly beat my other horse who was the very big favourite of the horse. The jockey immediately wanted to know what the horse had received !
I'm a vet in the South of UK. I chose to use TWYDIL® CALMIN by giving it to what I considered as a desperate case : that filly was so nervous that travelling only a few miles with her was a real pain. However, I must admit that after only 10 days, the difference of behaviour was obvious, the horse more quiet and expressing better its potential.
