During production, we take all possible precautions to avoid the inclusion of any contaminants.

Sachet filling is undertaken in closed and air conditioned cabins under permanent environmental control.
Between different production runs, the assembly lines are partially dismantled, cleaned up and checked by a chemist who ensures that there are no residues, before allowing the next run.

 

The sachets themselves are in polyester-aluminium foil and are submitted to stretching and compression tests.

They have been specially designed to prevent the entry of humidity, which could affect the stability of the active substances.
 

 

 

For instance, TWYDIL® OMEGADIL is produced, filled and sealed under nitrogen to prevent oxidation of active ingredients. TWYDIL® OMEGADIL is also protected in its pack by the complex multiwall film which assures a permanent barrier against oxygen.
